Rednecks speeding on a jet boat on the Vedder River come to shore and assault a Black angler; Sunday July 24 2022. Witnesses stated the fisherman was just asking the jetboaters to slowdown and took offense. You can google Chilliwack Jeboat Assault and find the new story. Police are investigating. RCMP.
Vedder River Rainbow TROUT Fishing!
Its offcially Red spring season BUT I decided to get out for some rainbow trout fishing. It surely didn’t disappoint. Look for slow moving water or pocket. Simple setup, 8g float, weight, size 4 barbless hook with worm will get you these beauty fish! Make sure to check regulations before you go out. Vedder river/Chilliwack river.

VEDDER RIVER Salmon CATCH & COOK (Coho, Red Chinook and White Chinook) Taste Test
I had a fantastic fall outing on the Vedder River in Chilliwack, BC. Over the course of one evening and the following morning, I managed to hook a Coho, White Chinook and Red Chinook Salmon. Iβve often wondered which Salmon species I enjoy the most so I decided to do a taste test and fried them up on the tailgate. All of the fish were caught using softbeads. Coho, Red Spring and White Spring all have distinct flavours and are great on a dinner plate!

Vedder River Winter Steelhead Fishing | 2022
A cold winter morning out on the Vedder River (Chilliwack River) turned out to be successful, Kari hooked a nice wild doe steelhead at Allison pool on the centre pin, while I was nymphing & swinging intruders. We did our best to land the fish as fast as we could with wet hands and released it quick. The fish had a weird marking on its belly, if you have any clue what that might be drop a comment and let us know!

Spring Chinook SALMON FISHING | MOST PEOPLE Who Fish This River DON'T KNOW This Spot Exists
2022 Spring Chinook Salmon Fishing On A well known river in Oregon. Spring Salmon Fishing is just passed peak season as of this recording and it’s time I hit the river and do some bank fishing for chinook salmon. This is one of my favorite river for salmon fishing, whether its chinook salmon or coho. This is a well known river but the area that i’m fishing is a bit of a hidden gem.
The first salmon i get on the line at the beginning of the video hit my spinner and headed straight down the river and into a small fallen tree. I was hoping that i didn’t just blow my only shot at getting a fish that day.
